Good case, but what about your Delivered Duty Paid promise to Sweden?

The case as such seems great, will know more after having used it more. But I wonder about your DDP promise to customers in Sweden. It says "MegaGear assumes all of the responsibility, risk, and costs associated with transporting goods including VAT, duty and other expenses until the buyer receives the order. " I still got a invoice from the shipping company for VAT. I think you are pretty explicit in saying you assume all cost until the buyer receives the order. So in essence this became 20 USD more expensive than I thought.
